ADE - Brooklyn
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns such as Brooklyn and the Bronx.
- Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.
- Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
- Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of field sales experience.
- Experience in account management and CRM, with Salesforce being preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or another language is required.
Essential Skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Field sales experience is a must.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for travel around Brooklyn.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
