About the role
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide fractional advisory support focused on identity resolution, addressability, and audience measurement across Southeast Asia. This individual will partner with Growth Marketing, Data, and Audience Measurement stakeholders to develop strategic frameworks and recommendations that improve audience identity management, measurement effectiveness, and privacy-compliant activation.
Responsibilities
- Advise on identity strategies leveraging first-party, consent-aware approaches across login, device, and household signals.
- Recommend market-specific approaches for deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution across Southeast Asia.
- Evaluate and provide guidance on cross-device and household identity resolution methodologies.
- Assess measurement frameworks, including panel versus census methodologies, incrementality measurement, and limitations of walled-garden environments.
- Advise on the implementation and use of data clean rooms and privacy-enhancing technologies with telecommunications, retail media, and ecosystem partners while minimizing movement of personally identifiable information.
- Provide strategic guidance on building, managing, and activating consented audience segments and reconciling supply-side and demand-side identity solutions.
- Translate regulatory requirements across priority Southeast Asian markets into practical business recommendations in partnership with legal and privacy stakeholders.
- Assess the regional vendor landscape across identity resolution, clean rooms, consent management, and measurement solutions, providing build, buy, or partner recommendations.
- Develop decision-ready frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and prioritized recommendations that enable stakeholders to move forward with confidence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Growth Marketing, Data, and Audience Measurement teams on evolving identity and addressability challenges.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in identity resolution, addressability, and audience measurement across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Strong experience with deterministic and probabilistic identity matching methodologies and identity graph design.
- Expertise in data clean rooms, customer data platforms (CDPs), consent management platforms, and privacy-enhancing technologies.
- Experience within streaming, direct-to-consumer (DTC), OTT, AVOD, adtech, or telecommunications environments related to audience data and advertising.
- Practical knowledge of regional privacy regulations, consent requirements, data localization policies, and cross-border data transfer frameworks.
- Strong executive advisory skills with a demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into actionable, prioritized recommendations.
