Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy tailored to client needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that drive meaningful change
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, medical staff, and leadership
• Support crisis intervention with compassionate care
• Stay current with best practices through continuous training and supervision

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure required: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment
