About the role

Reporting directly to the company owner, you will be responsible for key business functions: procurement, warehouse, and logistics. The goal is to make Operations management fluid and cost-effective by simplifying, optimizing, and continuously monitoring strategic business processes, with a focus on meeting customer expectations in terms of quality and timelines. You will play a significant role in identifying and introducing new technologies for process digitalization and information management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, warehouse, and logistics operations
• Optimize and monitor strategic business processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction in quality and timelines
• Identify and implement new technologies for process digitalization
• Manage and improve workflows

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within medium-sized companies
• Strong knowledge of logistics and production processes, with adequate technological skills for workflow management
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Proven organizational and managerial abilities
• Experience managing teams
• Background in the construction sector will be considered an advantage
