Responsibilities

• Support marketing and communication activities
• Create editorial content for social media and company newsletters
• Analyze market and competitor data
• Contribute to identifying market needs and opportunities
• Develop and launch new products
• Draft and maintain up-to-date product technical manuals and oversee packaging
• Train internal and external personnel on product/service features
• Support commercial partners in determining content for client training programs
• Assist the sales force with specific communication materials
