About the Opportunity:The ADA Accommodations Coordinator supports the administration and coordination of accommodation requests under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the PWFA, and applicable state laws. This role is responsible for managing the intake, documentation, case tracking, and communication necessary to facilitate timely and compliant progression of accommodation requests. The position collaborates with ADA specialists, HR business partners, people leaders, and third-party vendors to ensure efficient case management and accurate record-keeping. This role plays a key part in mitigating compliance risks while fostering an equitable experience for employees. 3. Responsibilities:Manage and monitor shared ADA team inboxes and case tracking systems, assigning cases and maintaining organized documentationCoordinate the interactive process for ADA accommodation and leave requests, ensuring complete and accurate documentationServe as liaison among employees, people leaders, HR partners, third-party vendors, and benefits teams to facilitate communication and resolve inquiriesSupport medical documentation management, including follow-ups and ensuring completenessIdentify and escalate urgent, high-risk, or sensitive matters to appropriate specialists or leadershipPrepare reports on case status, workload metrics, and assist with audits and process improvementsAssist in maintaining and distributing training materials and standard operating procedures related to ADA compliance 4. Requirements:Bachelor''s degree; preferred fields include Human Resources, Business, or Psychology2 to 4 years of relevant experienceNo travel requirementsBasic understanding of HR, leave administration, accommodation, or employee support processesKnowledge of ADA and FMLA regulations, acquired through training or experienceProficiency with case management systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office; experience with ticketing or workflow tools preferredStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent cases and prioritize effectivelyEffective written and verbal communication skills with various stakeholdersAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
