Responsibilities

  • Lead optimization of P2P engagement operating model, addressing challenges and adjusting to direction
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring accountability for performance
  • Serve as primary contact for brands, providing strategic and operational expertise for P2P activities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on compliance and industry best practices, guiding P2P engagements
  • Drive enhancements to speaker and attendee experiences, measuring success through defined KPIs
  • Oversee creation of comprehensive resource materials for operational excellence
  • Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to align business needs with organizational strategy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma operations, medical affairs, or commercial management
  • Experience leading P2P programs and advisory boards with stakeholder influence
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry dynamics
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional partners on initiatives
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and event management tools

Pay

$154,400 – $242,550 annually
