Campaign Execution & QA
Traffic, launch, and monitor media campaigns across digital platforms. QA creative assets, URLs, tags, and targeting parameters prior to launch to ensure accurate execution.
Tracking & Measurement
Coordinate and implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, conversion solutions, and tagging methodologies.
Process & Documentation
Build and maintain campaign management templates, trafficking sheets, and flowcharts. Streamline workflows and stay updated on platform specs and emerging ad tech.
Collaboration & Support
Partner with media planning, buying, analytics, and account teams. Assist with media delivery reconciliation against budgets and share operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in digital ad operations, campaign trafficking, or media execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager. (Experience with Mediaocean or Basis is a plus).
- Skills: Strong understanding of ad serving, QA troubleshooting, and campaign reporting. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
