About the Role

A growing biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative therapies for rare autoimmune diseases is seeking an Associate Director, Graphic Design & Digital Content to join its commercial organization. This role combines graphic design, website design, social media content creation, and production of promotional materials. The individual will translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into clear, compelling visual communications for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets aligned with brand guidelines, including infographics, presentations, brochures, sales materials, and trade show collateral.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
• Design and update website pages, landing pages, and digital modules in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Optimize digital assets for usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Develop social media graphics, animations, and short-form content for digital platforms.
• Prepare print-ready files and manage production specifications.
• Translate scientific and clinical information into clear, compliant visual formats.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional design experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Demonstrated experience designing for web, social media, and print.
• Understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and digital asset optimization.
