Acute Social Worker - MSW

About the role

As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current license to practice nursing in your state
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
