About the role

Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. The Riverside County Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) offers 24-hour, 7 days-per-week, community-based emergency services for adults and youth experiencing crisis related to a mental health condition. Individuals can stay in the CSU for up to 24 hours. Children and adults are treated in separate areas. Admission is voluntary or involuntary (5150).

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.
• Implement direct care safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• Current licensure in the state of operation.

Pay

Expected starting wage range is $50.96 - $62.96. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Shifts Available: Short-Hour | NOC | Shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Days: Friday & Saturday.
