This position is on-site in Stanwood, WA.
About the Role
The Acute Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.
Shift available: Sunday AM (5:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive evaluation and risk assessment, covering mental health and substance abuse
- Psychiatric assessment and treatment
- Peer support and community group meetings
- Social and recreational activities
- Rehabilitation programming
- Supportive counseling on a group and individual basis
- Medication administration and management
- Utilize Telecare's Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS) focusing on choice-making skills, harm reduction techniques, and trauma-informed care
- Work with individuals within their cultural dynamic to build independence and self-responsibility
- Provide wraparound support in a secure facility with 24-hour on-call staff
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
Pay
Expected starting wage range is $56.00 - $69.19 per hour, with the full wage range going up to $82.38. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location where the role is performed. Starting pay is based on relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Shift differentials for hourly staff:
- 6% for PM Shift
- 10% for Overnight Shift
- 5% for Weekend AM Shift
- 11% for Weekend PM Shift
- 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift
