Role Overview: Responsible for operating nuclear imaging equipment to perform physician-prescribed scintigraphic scans and analyze images. Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with scope of practice.Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and quality control.Support physicians in image interpretation and patient diagnosis.Provide patient care in an acute-care setting, ensuring safety and comfort during procedures. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of nuclear imaging techniques and radiopharmaceutical handling.Ability to operate and maintain imaging equipment accurately.Strong understanding of quality control procedures and safety protocols.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with medical staff and assist patients.Attention to detail in image analysis and record-keeping.
