About the Role

The LPN provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical treatment and medications as prescribed by a physician.
• Implement direct care in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of operation.

Pay

Expected starting wage range is $32.01 - $39.56, with the full wage range going up to $47.10. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Schedule

• Full Time and Part Time positions available.
• Day and Overnight shifts.
• Shift differentials for hourly staff: 6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift.
• Weekend shift differentials for hourly staff: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift.
