About the Role

As an LPN at Telecare, you will provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. You will ensure the safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by a physician.
• Provide direct care in alignment with Telecare’s policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of operation.

Schedule

• On-Call shifts available.
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (days vary as needed).

Pay

Expected starting wage range is $30.41 - $37.58 per hour, with the full wage range extending up to $44.75. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges, and the assigned range will depend on the geographic location where the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

About the Facility

Telecare operates the Telecare Pierce County Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) center in Pierce County, WA. This program is a secure 16-bed inpatient facility for adults (ages 18+) who meet the criteria for services under the Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA). We serve individuals experiencing acute mental health crises who require intensive support to maintain safety. Our mission is to engage individuals with complex needs in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams.
