About the role

As an Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will assess patient needs, administer dialysis treatments, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with a skilled healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This full-time position offers a structured yet flexible schedule with no on-call requirements.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts per week, adapting to patient census needs
• Staggered start times for variety in your workday
• Rotating weekends to enhance teamwork and experience

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and administer acute dialysis treatments
• Monitor patient vital signs throughout dialysis processes
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments effectively
• Provide acute care nursing and IV therapy
• Travel to Rush Copley in Aurora, IL, and 5 Northwestern Hospitals (Delnor, CDH, Marianjoy, Kishwaukee, Valley West)

Requirements

• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Active Illinois RN license
• Minimum of one year of dialysis experience
• Travel readiness

Pay

Competitive pay range of $37.00 - $47.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus available.
