Madisonhealth is seeking to employ an empathetic and driven Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist nursing staff in providing the highest quality of patient care. The CNA implements and maintains patient care activities tailored to the age, needs, and clinical conditions of patients served in the Acute Medical/Surgical Unit. Ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care in accordance with established standards and best practices. Demonstrates commitment to the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization; adapts effectively to changing priorities, processes, and systems; and consistently upholds high standards of performance, professionalism, and clinical practice. Interacts with staff, physicians, patients, and families with compassion, courtesy, dignity, and respect. Classification: Regular Part time Schedule Days 6:00am-6:00pm(2) 12-hour shiftsRotating weekends every 3 weeks Education High School Graduate or equivalentCertified Nursing Assistant in the State of IdahoHealthcare provider BLS within one year of hire Experience One (1) year of previous healthcare facility experience as a CNA, preferred Skills/Requirements Skills related to Certified Nursing Assistant Scope of Practice, Idaho State Nursing Board.Ability to become competent in electronic medical record and associated applications.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
