About the role
Vantive is seeking an Acute Clinical Educator to represent our products and provide implementation, education, and training on our Renal product portfolio. The role involves extensive travel (70-80%) and requires a strong understanding of our CRRT and TPE products.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing education for facilities in CRRT and TPE
- Document and provide written solutions to recurring problems for client use
- Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate business goals
- Conduct on-site customer training
- Conduct therapy and technical consultations for CRRT contract services and hospitals
- Prepare weekly calendar updates
- Manage budget and expenses, adhere to company policies, and communicate effectively with corporate and field personnel
- Maintain a positive, proactive approach to problem solving
- Keep current with developments and trends in multi-organ therapies, specifically in the acute renal business product line
- Assist sales and marketing management with special requests
- Provide sales marketing management with field updates and competitive information
- Participate in sales meetings
- Turn in all required written reports on a timely basis
Requirements
- RN license required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; MSN preferred
- Minimum of three years Critical Care or CRRT experience required
- Pristimax, Prismaflex, or other CRRT experience preferred
- ICU or Dialysis nursing background
- Strong, proven expertise in product and therapy knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Able to push CRRT equipment, which is on wheels, from one location to another, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs in solutions and accessories
- Able to drive for extended distances and fly for extended timeframes
Qualifications
- Reside in Northern California or Central California
Skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $135,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
