About the role

Vantive is seeking an Acute Clinical Educator to represent our products and provide implementation, education, and training on our Renal product portfolio. The role involves extensive travel (70-80%) and requires a strong understanding of our products and therapy knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing education for facilities in CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) and TPE (Therapeutic Plasma Exchange)
  • Document and provide written solutions to recurring problems for client use incorporating use of corporate label approval policies
  • Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals with both internal (sales) and external customers
  • Conduct on-site customer training
  • Continuously increase and sharpen therapy and technical knowledge as well as presentation skills
  • Prepare weekly calendar updates
  • Effectively meet or exceed customer needs; build productive customer relationships; take ownership of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team as directed by Clinical Acute Nurse Executive to prioritize account education based on ROI and the Education Roadmap
  • Coordinate and manage resources to provide vital customer service
  • Track and analyze progress
  • Manage budget and expenses, adhere to company policies, and communicate effectively with corporate and field personnel
  • Maintain a positive, proactive approach to problem solving
  • Keep current with developments and trends in multi-organ therapies, but specifically in the job role
  • Absorb special requests by acting as a member of a task force or workgroup when applicable
  • Provide sales marketing management with field updates and competitive information
  • Assume responsibility of turning in all required written reports on a timely basis

Requirements

  • RN license required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; MSN preferred
  • Minimum of three years Critical Care or CRRT experience required
  • PrisMAX, Prismaflex, or other CRRT experience preferred
  • ICU or Dialysis nursing background
  • Strong, proven expertise in product and therapy knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Able to push CRRT equipment, which is on wheels, from one location to another, and be able to lift up to 25lbs in solutions and accessories
  • Able to drive for extended distances and fly for extended timeframes

Qualifications

  • Prismacare, Prismaflex, or other CRRT experience preferred
  • ICU or Dialysis nursing background
  • Strong, proven expertise in product and therapy knowledge

Pay

The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $135,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.

Schedule

The role involves extensive travel (70-80%).
