Job Responsibilities- Clinical Pharmacist HOSP - CLIN PHARM Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist candidates will have the following job responsibilities: Our Pharmacists provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services for hospital inpatients. The role of the Pharmacy is to promote safe and effective medication therapy for all patients and to provide oversight and leadership of the medication use system. Job Qualifications- Clinical Pharmacist HOSP - CLIN PHARM Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Open to experience. Hospital Pharmacy experience is preferred but not required. *would consider new grads and Pharmacy retail experience.B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is preferredActive pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of PharmacyCompletion of hospital PGY1/ pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship highly preferredSpecialty BCPS certification preferred
