Responsibilities
- Identify and design solutions to complex problems with ambiguous requirements
- Lead special actuarial projects and develop new pricing methodologies
- Provide technical expertise and influence key stakeholders
- Partner with IT on the design and implementation of business standards
- Develop and maintain the concentration of risk framework
- Analyze trade-offs between risk exposure and member service
- Monitor enterprise concentration trends and emerging risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- 8 years of actuarial or analytical business experience with ACAS for 3 years or 6 years with FCAS
- Expertise in actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques
- Advanced understanding of data analysis tools, including Python, R, SQL, SAS, and similar tools
- Experience communicating complex analysis to cross-functional teams
