Actuarial Analyst
About the role
Join Rural Mutual Insurance's Actuarial team and help drive data-informed decisions that support profitable growth and business success. The Actuarial Analyst performs pricing, reserving, forecasting, and analytical work within a Property & Casualty insurance environment. This position works closely with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Product Development, and Leadership to analyze business performance, evaluate risk, support regulatory requirements, and provide strategic recommendations.
This is a remote position with periodic on-site presence required. Candidates must live and work in Wisconsin and have eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Perform pricing, reserving, forecasting, and analytical work in a Property & Casualty insurance environment
- Analyze business performance and evaluate risk
- Support regulatory requirements
- Provide strategic recommendations to Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Product Development, and Leadership

Pay
$70,000 - $90,000; based on qualifications and experience
