Activity Therapist PRN
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and ambitious Activity Therapist PRN to provide clinical support to patients of all populations at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. The ideal candidate should feel that patient care is as meaningful as the team does.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in art therapy, music therapy, occupational therapy, or a related field required.
- Completion of supervised student internship or one year work experience.
- A Master's degree in art therapy, music therapy, or related field preferred.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers through the AHA or CPR through the American Red Cross.
- One of the following certifications from a nationally recognized therapy association upon hire: Activities Therapist, Art Therapist, Music Therapist, Recreations Therapist, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Occupational Therapist - AOTA, Crisis Prevention Institute Certification.
- At least one year of experience in a related field.
