Activity Leader-Summer
About the Role
As an Activity Leader, you will be part of our summer team, delivering an exceptional experience to our students. You’ll help organize safe and fun activities that immerse students in local culture while fostering connections with their international peers. You’ll interact with staff and students from around the world, creating memorable experiences daily. From leading city tours to hosting themed events, every day brings new adventures.
Responsibilities
- Set up, participate in, and clean up on-campus activities.
- Lead students on off-campus excursions.
- Monitor daily student attendance.
- Assist with student arrivals and departures.
- Attend all leader meetings.
- Ensure students follow the EF behavior code and report any issues to management.
- Respond to problems and emergency situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, organized, and a natural leader.
- Takes initiative and goes above and beyond assigned tasks.
- Ability to keep students engaged in a safe and meaningful environment.
- Highly responsible, approachable, and friendly.
- Can create a positive learning environment.
- Right to live and work in the United States.
- Complete fluency in English.
Pay
$17.00–$21.00 / hour (based on experience). Housing provided as a taxable fringe benefit on a limited basis.
