About the Role
Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic and dedicated Activity Director to lead our activity program and team, focusing on senior engagement and exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of the Activity Program
- Supervise, develop, and schedule all activity staff, including drivers and activity assistants, according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Activity department supplies
- Ensure that activity rooms/areas are prepared for daily activity programming
- Manages the PSL Discovery Tool (Social History and Assessment), including completing monthly activity calendars and all move-in actions related to activities for all residents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with one-year related experience and/or training preferred
- Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with related work experience
- 3-5 years full-time experience working with adult recreation

$62,500–63,000 annually – based on experience
