We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Job Title: Activity Coordinator - Programming Agency Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi Department Student Life/Student Activities Proposed Minimum Salary Commensurate Job Location Corpus Christi, Texas Job Type Staff But we ignore job title heading. We need sections: - About the role: likely from description before responsibilities: The purpose paragraph and overview. Should include details about TAMU-CC, purpose, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Campus Programming 60%, Advising Anchor Camp 25%, Administrative, Marketing & Team Duties 15%). Use
  • . - Requirements: maybe qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could treat "Qualifications" as Requirements (mandatory) and "Preferred Qualifications" as maybe Skills? But we have separate sections for Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications? Might be redundant. Probably we should map: Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = maybe preferred? But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine. However we have headings list; we can choose which to include based on content. We have: - Qualifications (mandatory): Bachelor's degree, 1 year experience, leadership experience, excellent verbal/written communications, demonstrated experience planning events, demonstrated experience initiating leadership training, ability to understand policies, capacity to multitask, strong interpersonal/organizational/conflict management, ability to work within budget, ability to work weekends/evenings. - Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, experience with programming board or extended orientation camp, proficiency to develop marketing strategies, ability to create comprehensive calendar, experience with entertainment agents and contract negotiation, knowledge of risk management, experiential learning, assessment techniques. We could treat "Qualifications" as Requirements (mandatory) and "Preferred Qualifications" as Skills? Or we could have both Requirements and Qualifications sections, but that may be thin. Better to have Requirements (mandatory) and Skills (preferred). Or we could have Qualifications (mandatory) and Skills (preferred). The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as separate possible headings. We need to decide. Given typical job postings: Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = maybe education/experience; Skills = abilities. But we have both mandatory and preferred. Could split: Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications; Skills = maybe specific abilities like communication, organization, etc. However we already have many skills in mandatory. Better to follow: Use Requirements for mandatory qualifications; Use Skills for preferred qualifications (or specific abilities). Use Qualifications maybe not needed. But we need to include only sections with real content. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule? Not mentioned explicitly; there is ability to work weekends and evenings but not schedule details. So we omit Schedule. Pay: we have SALARY: $43,888/annually, approximately $3,657.34/monthly. So include Pay section. Benefits: detailed list. Include Benefits. Now we need to strip boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is "All positions are security-sensitive..." and EEO statement. Remove that. Also remove "NOTE: Employment may be impacted by the Presidential proclamation..." maybe that's not boilerplate but it's a note about employment impact; could be considered legal? It's a note about proclamation; might be considered boilerplate? It's a specific note; but it's not about job duties. Probably we should remove as it's not substantive about role. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This note is about legal impact; could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also remove "Proposed Minimum Salary Commensurate" line at top (since we have actual salary later). Remove "Job Location Corpus Christi, Texas Job Type Staff" maybe we can include location in About the role? Could embed location in About the role paragraph. But we should not create a separate heading for location. We'll incorporate location into About the role. Now craft About the role paragraph: combine the introductory description about TAMU-CC, purpose, etc. Must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: - TAMU-CC is a dynamic university designated as both a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) and Minority-Serving Institution (MSI) with approximately 11,000 students from 47 states and 54 foreign nations.
