Responsibilities

• Works with Activity Director to deliver creative and exciting Resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
• Under the direction of the Director of Activities, assist with orienting all residents to activity programs
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
• Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks and follow through with creative ideas
• Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years required experience in Senior Assisted Living
