About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
• Lead cross-functional teams in project planning and execution

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development or project management
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
