Responsibilities

• Implement meaningful activities, programs, and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
• Coordinate with therapists, healthcare professionals, and family members to develop individualized activity plans that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Absorb and engage residents in various activities, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and entertainment programs
• Maintain accurate records of resident activity participation and progress
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and supportive environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role or related field
• Ability to communicate in Persian (a plus)
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
