Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement recreational and social events to enhance the well-being of residents.
- Plan and execute a well-balanced activity program.
- Lead and promote interest in recreational activities such as arts, crafts, and games.
- Encourage resident participation and generate positivity.
- Collaborate with all departments to meet resident needs.
- Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience working with the elderly preferred.
- Previous experience in an activity’s role preferred.
