Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and implement recreational and social events to enhance the well-being of residents.
  • Plan and execute a well-balanced activity program.
  • Lead and promote interest in recreational activities such as arts, crafts, and games.
  • Encourage resident participation and generate positivity.
  • Collaborate with all departments to meet resident needs.
  • Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly preferred.
  • Previous experience in an activity’s role preferred.
