Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of daily recreational activities and therapeutic programs
• Engage with residents one-on-one and in group settings to encourage participation and fun
• Foster a warm, inclusive environment that supports the emotional and social wellbeing of all residents
• Work collaboratively with our care team to tailor activities based on residents' interests, preferences, and abilities
