Activity Assistant
About the role
Plan and lead daily activities that promote social interaction, relaxation, and resident engagement
Encourage residents to participate in both group and individual activities
Assist with creating and distributing activity calendars and communication materials
Document resident participation and progress during activities
Support the Activity Director with scheduling, setup, and event coordination
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Help create a welcoming, fun, and resident-centered environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of long-term care or related experience preferred
