Full-time position, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, plus every other weekend.

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and flexible Activity Assistant to help create meaningful, engaging experiences for our residents in a positive, upbeat work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Activity Director with daily programs and events that keep residents active, connected, and smiling
- Assist with group games, crafts, and fun activities
- Conduct one-on-one visits with residents
- Help organize special events and community outings
- Coordinate volunteers
- Post activity calendars and maintain documentation
- Spread positivity and adapt when plans change
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in long-term care or social activities (preferred)
- Activity Certification (preferred)
- Fun personality with strong people skills
- Ability to work every other weekend
