Responsibilities

• Engage individuals with meaningful and stimulating activities that promote cognitive function, physical health, socialization, and emotional well-being.
• Lead hourly programs for individuals and groups.
• Transport and assist residents to and from activities.
• Support and assist the Activities Director in all necessary programming.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must enjoy taking care of others and be a team player.
• Prior experience working with elders or in a Memory Care setting is preferred.
• Motivation to complete tasks timely and efficiently.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• A teamwork attitude.
