Responsibilities

• Interact with and provide companionship to residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Assist with scheduling movies.
• Plan parties.
• Organize games and crafts.
• Accompany residents on activities outside the facility.
• Maintain residents' emotional and social wellbeing.

Requirements

• Minimum of a tenth (10th) grade education.
• Prior Activity Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable, but the employer is willing to invest in the right candidate.
