Job Responsibilities
- Plan and organize recreational activities for adults with medical disabilities
- Auxiliary in the execution of activities including painting, music, playing games, and cooking
- Offer support and encouragement to participants during activities
- Support the setup and cleanup of activity areas
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and participation in activities
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
