Activities Aide

Spring Creek is currently seeking a full-time Activities Aide during the day shift. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for working with seniors and who are creative, outgoing, and motivational.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to relate professionally and positively to residents and families
• To work cooperatively with others
• To have interests that lie with residents and meet the recreation program and service needs

Responsibilities

• To assist the Activity Director in developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive therapeutic recreation services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident
• To complete required documentation
• To assist with planning and leadership of special events
• To maintain activity department supplies and equipment
