Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Facilitate ongoing programs for group and individual activities based on residents' needs, interests, and abilities as identified in assessments and care plans
- Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
- Aid in creating the activity calendar
- Follow and maintain established policies and procedures
- Encourage participation in Resident Council, schedule monthly meetings
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting (preferred)
