Responsibilities

• Lead fun and meaningful group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Encourage residents to participate and engage socially.
• Help plan and organize the monthly activity calendar.
• Keep documentation and records up to date.
• Support a positive, inclusive, and caring environment for all residents.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social or recreational programming, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.
• A warm personality, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Creativity, reliability, and a team spirit!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
