Responsibilities

• Aid in planning, coordinating, and implementing activities to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and emotional needs of our residents
• Create environments that prioritize joy, independence, and wellness
• Design programs to foster socialization
• Provide entertainment, relaxation, and skill-building activities
• Document resident progress in reports
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of activity areas
• Encourage and motivate participation in activities

Requirements

• A passion for working with people
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• The ability to remain calm and adaptable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Imagination, creativity, and innovation
• Preferably has Activity Aide or similar work experience
