Activity Aide

Join the Team at Complete Care at Court House as an Activity Aide! At Complete Care at Court House, we know that meaningful moments can make all the difference in a resident's day. That's why we're looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Activity Aide who enjoys bringing joy, engagement, and companionship to others.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Activities in coordinating and leading daily recreational, social, and therapeutic programs.
• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support during activities as needed.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate observations to the nursing team when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and activity documentation.
• Help decorate Complete Care at Court House for holidays, seasonal events, and special celebrations.
• Prepare activity materials and ensure activity spaces remain organized and inviting.
• Support community events and special programs that enhance the resident experience.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Activities or Administrator.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as an Activity Aide or in a long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or customer service setting is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
• A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A creative, dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.
• A genuine passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
