Activity Aide

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Essential Duties

• Aid in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
• Aid in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
• Absorb residents' engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents.
