Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including outings, events, and recreations.
- Support the activities program by preparing materials, setting up spaces, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff through empathetic communication and active listening.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident activities and participation.
- Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
