We offer a rehab-to-home program for short-term patients and help maintain the functional level of our long-term care residents. Responsibilities
- Assist in activities to meet the social, emotional, physical, and other therapeutic needs of residents.
- Initiate and promote activities both within the facility and outside the facility.
- Provide in-room activities for residents unable to attend daily events.
- Assist in creating an ongoing calendar of activities.
- Consistently meet State Standards for activity scheduling and documentation.
- Solicit community involvement when planning facility activities and events.
Requirements
- Previous Activities/Healthcare Experience preferred, but not required.
- CNA certification preferred, but not required.
- Skilled at working with individuals who have cognitive, physical, or sensory disabilities.

Pay
Salary Range: USD $14.20 - USD $16.81 per hour.
