About the Role
The Activities Staff are frontline members of the Activities & Events team, executing programs designed to offer enjoyable experiences for resort customers. They will inject a fun and upbeat attitude into all activities to ensure each event follows guidelines and achieves established goals. Team members must be adaptable to make adjustments as needed depending on weather or other circumstances that may affect the program.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with staff about special events, programs, and other items of interest.
- Maintain high standards of safety, service, and program quality.
- Boost resort revenue through the creation of unique events that are innovative and cost-effective.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in activities & entertainment a plus
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and personable; customer-centric mindset to work with groups representing all age groups and demographics
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Relevant certifications in recreation and/or fitness are a plus
