Activities & Engagement Coordinator

About the role

At Azura Memory Care of Fox Point, you'll do more than plan activities. You'll create moments of joy, spark meaningful connections, and help residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia experience purpose, laughter, and belonging every single day.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging activities that inspire smiles and meaningful connections.
• Lead music, art, games, exercise, sensory experiences, and other life enrichment programs.
• Plan special events, celebrations, and outings that residents look forward to.
• Help every resident feel valued, included, and connected through person-centered engagement.
• Work alongside a supportive team that believes every moment matters.

Requirements

• Creative, upbeat, and compassionate.
• Passionate about enriching the lives of older adults.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Experienced in activities, recreation, memory care, healthcare, education, or customer service (preferred, but we'll train the right person).

Schedule

Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 4 days per week + every other weekend.
