About the Role

The Activities Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by coordinating all aspects of resort activities and special events. This role creates a fun, safe, and memorable environment for families and guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities and events from start to finish, including setup and teardown, hosting, guest assistance, inventory management, and processing payments.
• Ensure a proactive, service-oriented experience in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry more than 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Open availability required for mornings, afternoons, and evenings—including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience working with children or in a recreation/activity setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a passion for guest service.
