About the role
Join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for guests while working in the great outdoors. As a Mountain Activities Attendant, you’ll guide guests through thrilling adventures like Snow Tubing, Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Adventure Zone, Trampolines, Zip Lines, Ropes Courses, and more. You’ll interact with guests and teammates from around the world, fostering connections and sharing your passion for the mountains.
Responsibilities

- Serve Others: Operate activities, answer questions, and help guests navigate mountain adventures.
- Do Right: Engage with guests, receive feedback, and provide on-the-spot resolutions to elevate their experience.
- Drive Value: Advocate for Vail Resorts and the high-quality service we provide.
- Do Good: Help keep the mountain clean and assist guests in enjoying the outdoors.
- Be Inclusive: Guide guests of all experience levels and backgrounds through adventures.
- Stay Flexible: Perform a variety of tasks around the mountain with each day offering new challenges.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods.
- Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate clearly and comfortably with diverse guests of varying backgrounds, abilities, and ages.
- Pass a background check.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work in varying weather conditions and arrive on time as scheduled.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
