About Us
Senior Community Care of North Carolina PACE provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Situated in Durham, this location blends Southern charm with a growing, innovative community. Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
- Provide activities programming to elderly population
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience working with the elderly population
- One year’s experience providing activities programming to elderly population preferred

Pay Range: $17.40-$19.18
