Activities Assistant CNA
At Palmetto Care Center in Hialeah, FL, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Activities Assistant CNA to enhance the lives of our residents by planning and implementing activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement recreational and therapeutic activities for residents, including games, arts and crafts, music, and entertainment
- Monitor resident participation and provide one-on-one support as needed
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation
- Communicate with family members and staff to ensure seamless care and support
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing basic care and support
Requirements
- Part-time schedule, working weekends (10a-6:30p)
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience as a CNA, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) required
Pay
$15.50-$17.50/hour
